Tsukumo Niwa at University of Michigan

Tsukumo Tina Niwa just graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor with Bachelor's degrees in Music (Oboe) Performance and International Studies. She spoke at the School of Music, Theater, and Dance commencement ceremony as the student speaker.
